What We Do
The Wall of Hope Foundation aims to honor the legacies of the Surfside Collapse victims by organizing community engagements in the form of vigils, art exhibitions, and more. We are in constant contact with family members and are always thinking of new ways to honor their loved ones. We are also working towards establishing a permanent memorial at the site of the collapse. A special thank you to Miami Dade Mayor's Office, Town of Surfside, Town of Bal Harbour, & MDPD for working together to ensure the Surfside Wall of Hope & Memorial is properly preserved. Currently collaborating with HistoryMiami Museum and the local municipalities on taking the next steps towards honoring the victims of the Surfside Collapse.
In general, The Wall of Hope Foundation seeks to provide communities that have been struck by tragedy with the tools necessary to begin the healing process. Using the connections made with our "Bloom Alliance" we can send tens of thousands of fresh flowers and work with the affected community to organize proper memorials and vigils, as well as to help connect the victims families to all the disaster resources available to them.
